Each year we have over 50 teams from all over the mid south come to Memphis to compete against the best of the best.  This is no place for wimps…If you think you got what it takes to compete we invite you to join us in the 11th annual Southern Hot Wing cook off.

All it takes is an application.  See our Contest Rules and Regulations…and if you think you got what it takes…complete and mail in the  Cooks Application Form.  It is all for a great cause…Come if you dare!!!!
