Congratulations to the team of “YOU ARE THE RANCH BENEATH MY WINGS”  for a repeat of last years competition.  2nd Place went to “FIRE CHICKENS’  and 3rd Place “TWO GUYS ONE CLUCK”.

The 9th Annual Hotwing Festival was late in commencing and very chilly for the first 4 hours however when the sun arrived and the street warmed up over 7,500 walked through the gates to enjoy some of the best the south has to offer in wings and music.

The Memphis BBQ Network donates its time to make the competition fair and highly competitive with outstanding judging credintials.  In the past Randy and Cathy McGee were outstanding and The Southern Hotwing Festival Commettee’s salute their contribution to make our event a success.

Paul Gagliano, Chairman/Founder receives an award from one of the patients of the Ronald McDonald House.  Last year the event raised over $25,000.00 for the House that Love built.
